I am not one to bounce from broker to broker, so it wasn't until my old company started losing market share, exhibiting questionable ethics and management practices and providing significantly diminished support to us agents that I decided to look elsewhere. The Boy Scout - I have had the honor of knowing Brad Patt for 13 years prior to obtaining my real estate license. When I decided to make the transition in my marketing/advertising career and of become a Realtor, I already knew that Brad Patt would be my mentor in my real estate career.
